We had an excellent stay for the 2nd and 3rd night. Everyone was really friendly. the problem was solved quickly. the location is fantastic and in a lovely atmosphere. It exceeded all expectations. it is very close to the main square, railway station, port, Pompeii, Herculaneum, Mount Vesuvius.

We had an amazing room with a view of the sea, and we absolutely adored it. the location here was just stunning, making it a perfect spot to celebrate a birthday. Everything about our experience was fantastic! 🌟

The service offered was exceptional. The rooms were a nice size and well laid out with comfortable bed with very clean beds. The breakfast had a lot of options: croissants and breads.

This place is very centrally located, the room was absolutely perfect with a balcony and a great view, and the staff was kind and always ready to help.

The hotel is conveniently located relative to the port and bus stops (to the airport and along the coast). Rooms are small and a little tired. But everything necessary is present. The room was overlooking the sea. Beautiful. But a bit noisy, because there is a road under the windows. But it didn't bother us.

Bathroom's a little tight, plumbing's old and yellow. But not critical. On the whole, we were very satisfied!

Awesome pool to chill by, roomy and sunny with a cool balcony that shows off a nice view of the sea 🌊.

Not much. The location and the aircon although many guests had to pay supplements.

The front desk staff and pool side staff were a disgrace. Sour faced. Unhelpful. Unlikeable, stubborn. Breakfast staff and barman were better. Bar a total rip off €7.50 for a Campari and soda. Wi fi was always falling over. Tired looking and dull. No atmosphere. Restaurant no longer open even ihigh season. Really unhelpful when it came to excursions and restaurant advice. It all seemed to be about making money.

Convenient location near the train station, situated in a peaceful area - perfect for unwinding. Plenty of food choices at the restaurant. 🍴

The hotel is in great location, if you ask for sea view the views in the rooms are spectacular. For the price one of the best in town. However, it is very far from being a 4 star hotel. The staff are nice and the rooms are clean, but the hotel itself is very old and it hasn't been renovated for far too many years. The bed however was extremely comfortable. Is it fair price for what you get? Probably is because of the views, but not much else. In addition it seems to be more of a hotel for older people. The breakfast is at a ridiculous time from 6.30 till 9.30, we never woke up that early.

The interior is very old and hasn't been renovated for too many years hence really does not deserve the 4 starts in comparison to other hotels.

Everything was just fabulous. The staff were friendly and helpful and the location just perfect, only a couple of minutes walk from the restaurants & shops and close to transport for Naples & the Isle of Capri. The view over the Bay from our balcony was stunning. I would highly recommend the hotel.

This place's proximity to the Sorrento Lift was ideal, the room was well-organized with a fantastic sea view, the staff was very helpful and attentive, and the bathroom was quite clean.

The 3rd floor room with a view of the bay was fantastic!
